Lakshya Sen, India’s star shuttler and 2022 Commonwealth Games gold medalist, requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister Anurag Thakur, and Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar on Wednesday to fix visa concerns so that he may compete in the Japan and China Opens. No. 17 in the World Lakshya stated that his team requested for a visa on October 10 but has yet to receive it.
I have to travel to Japan & China Open on Sat. Me and my team applied for Japan visa on 30/10/23. We still haven’t got the visa. I have to apply for a China visa as well.

“I have to go to Japan and China Open on Saturday.” On October 30, 2013, my colleagues and I applied for a Japan visa. We still don’t have the visa. I also need to apply for a visa to China. China Masters will be contested in Shenzhen from November 21 to November 26.
India’s badminton players will compete in a number of tournaments in November. Many shuttles will compete in the Japan Masters from November 14 to 19, as well as the China Masters from November 21 to 26.
Lakshya made history by forming the Indian men’s badminton squad for the Asian Games.
